One or more hosts unreachable
Ansible could not connect to one or more target hosts. Common causes include incorrect inventory, SSH key issues, firewall rules, or the target host being offline.

- bazel Tests Failed or Timed Out The build succeeded, but one or more test targets failed or timed out. Only returned by `bazel test`.
- curl Malformed URL The URL was not properly formatted.
- gradle Daemon Failure The Gradle daemon failed to initialize or was killed unexpectedly. Running with `--no-daemon` bypasses the daemon and may resolve the issue; otherwise check system memory and consult daemon logs in ~/.gradle/daemon/.
- icmp Destination Unreachable Indicates that a datagram could not be delivered to its destination. A code value specifies the reason; see type 3 code entries (3-0 through 3-13) for details.
- ldap timeLimitExceeded The time limit specified in the request was exceeded before the operation could complete. The server may return partial results before returning this code.
- modbus ILLEGAL_DATA_VALUE A value contained in the request data field is not acceptable to the server. This indicates a fault in the structure of the request, not the value of the data itself.
- pytest Internal Error An unexpected internal error occurred inside pytest itself (not in user test code). This usually indicates a bug in pytest or a plugin. Check the traceback shown, update pytest and any plugins, and report the issue upstream if it persists.
- rsync Errors selecting input/output files or directories rsync could not select the specified source or destination files or directories.
- vue Error in watcher callback An unhandled exception was thrown in the callback of a watch() call. This is the function that runs after the watched source changes.
