Forbidden
The client does not have permission to access the requested resource. Unlike 401, authentication will not change the outcome.

- rabbitmq access-refused The client attempted an operation that it is not authorised to perform. This may be due to missing permissions on a resource such as a queue, exchange, or virtual host.
- sip Forbidden The server understood the request but is refusing to fulfil it. Authentication will not help, and the request should not be repeated. The server may indicate the reason in the response body.
- stun Forbidden TURN: the request is valid but cannot be authorized, for example an Allocate request refused by administrative policy such as a permission or quota restriction.
