Too Many Requests
The client has exceeded the Azure Resource Manager API rate limit. Implement exponential back-off with retry logic, and spread requests over time to avoid bursts.

- flask TooManyRequests The 429 response raised by rate-limiting extensions such as Flask-Limiter once a client exceeds its configured request quota. Can carry a Retry-After header telling the client when to try again.
- kubernetes Too many requests The client has sent too many requests. The retryAfterSeconds field indicates when to retry. Returned with HTTP 429.
