The request could not be satisfied because insufficient replicas were alive to meet the requested consistency level. The error body includes the consistency level, required replicas, and alive replicas.

gcp Unavailable The Google Cloud service is currently unavailable. Maps to HTTP 503. This is typically a transient condition; clients should retry with exponential backoff. Distinct from INTERNAL: the service itself is temporarily unreachable.
grpc Unavailable The service is currently unavailable. This is most likely a transient condition that may be corrected by retrying with a backoff.
imap UNAVAILABLE The server is temporarily unable to authenticate the user, for instance because a back-end authentication service is down. The client may retry later.
