FTP could not set type
The FTP server failed to set the transfer type to binary.

- facebook User Too Many Calls The user (rather than the app as a whole) has made too many calls in a given period. Slow down requests made on behalf of this user.
- icmp Address Mask Request Sent by a host to discover the subnet mask in use on its network segment. Superseded by DHCP and BOOTP; rarely used in modern networks.
- ldap undefinedAttributeType The attribute type specified in the request is not defined in the server's schema. The server cannot process an operation referencing an unknown attribute type.
- mongodb ProtocolError The client sent a message that violates the MongoDB wire protocol.
