External Environment Failure
The build failed because of a problem that is not local to this machine, such as a failure in a remote service Bazel depends on.

- ldap noSuchObject The target entry specified in the request does not exist in the directory. The server is authoritative for the naming context but the entry is absent.
- twitter Could not authenticate you The request could not be authenticated, typically because the OAuth credentials are missing, malformed, or do not match the request signature.
